TO USE:- After cleansing and shaving, squeeze 4 cm (1 1/2 inches) onto palm and smooth over areas of concern with upward lifting motions.- Use morning and night for best results.EFFECTIVE USAGE- Work the emulsion in evenly using upward strokes, first around the cheeks, then the jaw line and chin area. (Also apply on the upper throat area.) - Use your thumbs to stroke upward along the jaw line from the chin to the area behind your ears. - Place your fingers around the bottom of your cheeks, while pressing on your cheek muscles and skin, slide your fingers upward as if to push the muscles and skin upward.
