How to use- Work the powder onto the brush and check the colour on the back of your hand- To shape brows: use the edge of the diagonal cut brush to stroke colour firmly through brows in the direction of hair growth- Apply a single coat, brushing lashes from roots to tips - To define lids: Use the fine tip of the applicator to trace colour next to lash roots. Then blend with the brush.
